I bought a jacket from norrona.com and took it out in some awful rain and wind. it kept me completely dry the whole hike, with no leaks or weird cold spots, so I’m really happy with it so far. That said, for the price, I’d expect it to keep performing like this, if it doesn’t hold up over time, I’d probably look at other brands next time

I ordered a jacket from norrona.com and it ended up being a little too tight. I’ve had annoying exchange experiences with other brands before, so I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but this was really straightforward. The return label was easy to understand, the process was simple, and the new size arrived quickly. Everything went smoothly and I’m happy with how they handled it.

I’ve been happy with the gear so far. It feels solid, and I really like that they offer repairs and use recycled materials. It just feels like they actually care a bit more, which is nice to see

The gear is really comfortable and easy to move around in, which I definitely appreciate. The fit was kind of weird at first though, and I feel like that’s something they should acknowledge or apologize for. Once I got used to it, it worked out fine, so I’m still mostly happy with it.

I found the jacket I was looking for faster than I expected, which felt great because it reminded me of that little rush you get when you finally spot exactly what you pictured. The site was easy to use overall, but checkout dragged a bit and took some of the excitement out of it

I sent my jacket in to get the zipper fixed under warranty. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but they did a good job with the repair and kept me updated along the way. So yeah, slow slow turnaround, but the help itself was solid.

I only got two hikes out of it before the zipper broke. Frustrating, honestly, whoever runs this should really be checking the quality better before selling it.

I really like the clean look and the colors, it fits my style sooo well. I just wish a few of the pieces weren’t quite as bulky, and the price feels a bit high for what it is.

I can usually find the sizes and colors I’m looking for on norrona.com, which makes shopping there easy. Some of the more popular pieces do sell out quickly, so you have to move fast sometimes. But compared to a lot of other outdoor shops I’ve used, their stock is still much better. It’s a relief when you can actually find what you want without a big hassle.

I did eventually get the help I needed, so I’ll give them that, but the response time was kind of frustrating. Waiting days between replies is just not ideal, especially when you’re trying to sort something out and keep checking your inbox like, “Hello? Anyone there?” Customer service was okay once they got back to me, but the whole thing definitely took longer than it should have.

My order showed up way later than expected, and I barely got any real updates along the way. I kept having to check in, and it felt like I was begging them for basic information. By the time it finally arrived, I was more annoyed than excited.

i mean, the jacket I got from norrona.com is definitely good quality. It fits well, feels sturdy, and I don’t really have any complaints about how it’s made.
That said, for the price, I was expecting a little more. Shipping was fine and the gear is nice, but I’ve had cheaper stuff that performs close to the same, so the value just doesn’t feel great to me.

I picked up a Norrøna fleece and shell from norrona.com for winter hikes, mostly because I assumed the usual pattern would happen: warm gear feels great at first, then gets heavy or sweaty once you start moving. This one’s been a nice surprise though. It keeps me properly warm without feeling bulky, and I haven’t had that clammy back feeling I used to get with my old stuff.
Going uphill, I was expecting to overheat like I normally do, but it actually breathes really well. Shipping was straightforward too, nothing annoying or dramatic. So far, I’m happy with it and it feels like gear I’ll actually keep reaching for

I ordered a jacket from Norrøna and the fit was pretty much what I expected. The sleeves are a bit long, but it’s not a big deal. The size guide was helpful, though I’d probably size down if you’re between sizes
